Originally from Long Island, New York, Jennifer West moved to Northern Virginia in 2003 and now resides in Cave Spring, Virginia, with four of her children. Her oldest son lives in Woodbridge, Virginia, and works at an IT company. Jennifer has been in the insurance industry since 1999, selling all lines of insurance until 2020. She was recognized as the number one sales producer in 2017 and spent two years managing a mega agency in Columbia, Maryland. In December 2020, Jennifer founded Agents of Change Training Center, a company dedicated to hiring, training, and coaching insurance producers. She works with top agents across the nation to enhance productivity and streamline daily processes. Looking ahead, Jennifer plans to open an insurance agency in March 2025, leveraging her extensive experience to drive its growth. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys the beach, movies, and spending time with her children. Her bucket list includes vacationing in Italy and eventually living in Colorado.
